Procedures involve the monitoring, upkeep, and repair of a building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure they are properly functioning and meet safety and energy efficiency standards. - Duct Cleaning (DC), Duct Pressure Test (DPT) & Thermal Imaging Camera (TIC). A professional service that removes any dust, debris, mold, or other contaminants from the air ducts of a home or business, measures the pressure in a system such as an air conditioning or heating system, and evaluates leakages if any, besides the detection for potential problems in a home or building by scanning it with an infrared camera and viewing the thermal image displayed on a computer monitor.
